Please update your Cisco VPN settings by following the instruction below

1. Opent Cisco VPN Client, select the “Connection Entry” for MB and click Modify.

2. Change the current Host IP address to “66.196.223.254″ and save.

Workaround: Unable to set the Installed property of the AddIn class

You might be seeing the error message when you try to open a Excel work paper in Engagement.

Workaround:

Close all Excel papers, and open a blank Excel file outside of Engagement.
Click the Microsoft Office Button on the top left , click Excel Options, and then click Add-Ins.
Click Manage drop-down list, select disabled item, and click Go.
Select all items in the disabled dialog box and click Enable.
Close Excel Options then try to open Excel files in Engagement again.
